Take a deep breath…then slowly exhale. Deep breathing is cleansing and calming. It will help you to center yourself. Then proceed to make a very long list of each and every person, place, or thing that you are grateful for. It will help you refocus your thoughts and feelings.
SESSION 1: RETROSPECT
- For the first hour, you should think how this year went.
- Write down everything you accomplished and all the goals that you hit.
- Then, write everything that you gave up on or weren’t able to complete.
Then spend time being thankful for the things you accomplished and ponder on what made them work. Also think about why you failed at the things that didn’t complete.
SESSION 2: DREAM
- Dream about all the crazy possibilities for the coming year
- Most of them will look impossible, but that’s the point. The point isn’t to be realistic, it’s to dream.
- A couple will end up being things that you will accomplish but would never have thought of if.
SESSION 3: GOAL
- When it comes to goals, certainly pick some main and realistic goals.
- Also think more about where you want to be in your life in general than specifically knowing the exact thing you will be doing.
- Pick 2-3 main themes for the year and focus yourself.
- Think about working on your weak links and subjects.
SESSION 4: PLANNING AND FEAR SETTING
- Last session will be to plan out content for the One Brick A Day movement.
- Try not to delay things. Be punctual
- Honesty towards work will take you miles ahead.
- Plan out your work and keep checking your progress
- For the subjects you fear, try to figure out its root problem. Start from fresh as if the subject is new to you. Forget about the troubles.
- Running away isn't the solution. So if you think about the worst case scenarios, you’ll realize that either they aren’t that bad or that you can find a way to get back to where you are now.
Happy new year to all!!
Happy learning aspirants😀😀😀
